Breakfast is a bust again (Unless a cup of herbal lemon tea w/splenda counts?)

Lunch I'm planning on ff turkey/cheese roll ups with tomatoes, sf jello and a lf cheese stick

Dinner will most likely be baked chicken with this warm balsamic dressing recipe I found yesterday... I'll probably sautee up some green beans too.

I can't wait to get to the store. Maybe I'll be able to go this afternoon after work - after I pick up Kathryn... we'll see. I'd really like to have new groceries in the house for the weekend that way I can experiment more with preparing ahead some of my breakfast and lunches and snacks.

Here is my menu for the day:

B: 1 whole egg and 1 egg white scrambled with a slice of low fat cheese, 3 thin (very thin) strips of lower fat bacon and 1 cup of whole wheat cereal with skim milk

S: 1 SBD cereal bar with 1/2 cup of skim milk

L: leftover whole wheat spaghetti and a peach

S: 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter and an apple

D: more leftover ww spaghetti and a sugar free chocolate pudding cup for dessert
