L-four lunchmeat slices rolled w/ cheese, bell pepper and onion
S-sugar-free jello, string cheese
D-onion soup (my husband made it from scratch) SB friendly, chicken sausage link

B - 2 hb eggs made into egg salad, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tsp mustard, curry powder

S - None

L - 1/2 c. butter beans, 1/2 turnip greens, 2" pc lf turkey kielbasa, all chopped and mixed together like a stew

S - 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

D - diced chicken, cheese, black olive, & mushroom pizza toppings, scraped off the crust (except for 2 bites) & tossed with a green salad; basalmic vinegar/evoo dressing.

Probably too much fat in the pizza toppings, and I shouldn't have had the crust, but DH was having pizza withdrawl and I was too lazy to fix myself something else! Weird day. Nothing sounded good.
