Here is my menu:
B: 1 cup of ww cereal with skim milk; 1 whole egg and 1 egg white scrambled with a slice of low fat cheese and 3 lower fat thin bacon strips S: 1 SBD cereal bar and 1/2 cup of skim milk L: leftover beef stroganoff over 1/3 cup of long grain converted rice and a small nectarine S: 1 tbsp of all natural peanut butter and an apple D: fish and homemade cole slaw with a sugar free jello pudding cup for dessert |
