Re-starting phase 1...join me?

Anyone care to join me?

I started to re-read the book too....i'd been falling off and i had to remember what it was about south beach that i enjoyed so much and the fact that its such a heart healthy diet is awesome...it just takes re-reading to figure that out

So, if anyone would like to join back on the phase 1 bandwagon, lemme know

Hi,

I'd like to join you. I've been doing Atkins on and off (mostly off) for a long time now. I thought I'd try South Beach and see if I could stick to it better. Did you start today? I'll be beaching tomorrow, so count me in. Nice to meet ya!

I am beginning south beach on Monday, Oct 17. Coming from ww and did not do well. The core seemed kind of like SB but i went shopping today, dug out my book and off I go.

I'm starting tomorrow also. I'm gonna try to finish reading as much of the book as i can by tomorrow morning. I also was on atkins and was cheating like crazy so i think this diet will be a welcome change. we can do it!
