Exercise Thread for the Weekend of October 14-16
Okay guys, here with go into another weekend. We can't let hectic schedules crowd out our all important work out routines. So, what's on your agenda for this weekend?
Today is Friday and I plan on attending an exercise class called "guts and butts". I did this one last week and boy was it tough. Lots of crunches and sit ups and other stuff that works your lower body. My quads are hurting just thinking about it! Saturday is my rest day. Yes! ![]() Sunday is a cardio and upper body weight day so I just might do a combo Firm work out and get my cardio and weight training in together. Then I'll need another 15 or 20 minutes of cardio so I'll do some bike riding. What about you? What are your exercise plans for the weekend? We wanna know!
