I can log an early menu today! I do want to share that I cooked some steel cut oats in the crockpot overnight and they are totally awesome!
Phase 2 B, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c cooked sc oatmeal, couple sprays of can't believe it's not butter S, boiled egg D, 3 oz smoked salmon, coleslaw S, 1/2 c beans probably D, 3 oz porkloin, 1/2 c beans, coleslaw D, 1/2 c nf yogurt |

S. a wedge of light laughing cow L. black beans and cole slaw S. some raw broccoli D. tilapia, acorn squash and steamed broccoli Weighed this morning and I'm now back to my weight of 230. Heading into new territory now. Wish me luck! ![]() |
