23 Years ago today I passed my road test !!

Hope everyone had a good day.

ACV went down a little easier today.....cut back to 5oz and 1t ACV and it was do-able. Will work up after I'm used to it.

Gonna read Thursdays thread to see if I missed anything.

Be good !!

That's how we do it! 1-2 t. in about half a glass of water and down it. Three times a day, usually before meals.

Hi girls! I hope everyone has a great day and a great weekend! TOM is about gone and I am done another pound! Yay! I've lost another 1/2 inch or so in my waist, too.
I will be scarce this weekend because I am going out of town to visit a friend. I will try not to be too bad, but I know I am getting a Pumpkin Spice Frap from Starbucks. We will be working out though.

Good morning ladies,

I hope you are all having a wonderful Friday morning. I'm pretty tired these past few days and just haven't had the energy to do my early morning work out. Thank goodness for the gym. I consider that my "me" time. Hopefully, I'll get my energy level up (need more sleep) and be able to get my 7 mile bike ride in early and not have to push it to the end of the day.

This afternoon I'm attending a class called guts and butts and the instructor really works your bottom half. I'm so sore from yesterday's combo kickboxing and step class that I think I'll need an ambulance after class today! Tonight I hope to do my bike ride and I'm really looking forward to my rest day tomorrow!

I'm up 1/2 pound over last week's weight at this time but I'm not surprised because with all the work outs I've been doing, I know it's related to building muscle and hopefully losing the fat. Just 4% to go for me to be in a normal body fat range! Yay!!!

Hi Reg Rose and PIR! Hi to everyone that hasn't posted yet. You all have a great weekend and lets try to stay focused on what we really want! I was just offered a big old homemade brownie by my boss and turned it down flat! We can do this!!! We want to be thin more than we want sugar, right?

Morning All!

I have not posted much this week, just didn't feel well enough. But I actually am feeling pretty good this morning! I have my diabetic group class this morning, and will have a chance to talk to my doctor. I'll see if he thinks this week's tummy problems are anything to be concerned about. I do know that sometimes your body takes a while to adjust to not having a gall bladder.

The class this morning is titled "Diabetes and Portion Distortion". Should contain some helpful info.

FBS this am was 106. I had a baked apple (actually half) with my dinner last night, so I was glad to see it didn't spike my BS. Love South Beach!

Have a great day everyone! I missed hangin' around here...

Hey

Hi Beachers -

I'm down to 130.5 and hoping for that 129.5 that I saw last weekend.

I got 15 new windows put in yesterday - for the first time in 12 years I can clean the upstairs windows. I have functioning window screens and I don't think I'll be hearing the rattling that normally happened when it was windy or have them come crashing down when I forget to brace them with the stick....so excited about windows - stuck in mundance land.

Now to get paint and try and get most of the living room, dining room, foyer and sunroom painted before next weekend (in-laws coming to town and staying over).

Well, see ya all later. Renee

Hello Friends !!

The rain has been non stop all week......it's crazy. There's a lot of local flodding. I decided to stay home today and not do the gym and weigh in. My folks come to watch DD while I go, and honestly, no one should be out in this weather unless it's an emergency.

I will be walking in a Breast Cancer Walk on Sunday, so that will make up for my missed gym day today. We have a treadmill in the garage, and I'm going to ask DH to move it to the basement......with the cold weather coming, I'll get more use out of the treadmill if it was in the house. Sounds like a great plan......now, I just have to convince him to do it.

Has anyone tried the FF/No Sugar Added hot chocolate? I was told Swiss Miss makes it, but had to settle for the store brand. It was yummy.......is it legal?

Chris ....Have a good meeting !!

Renee ....Good luck with the home improvements !!

Marva ....Hi !! What's planned this weekend?

Lisa ....Enjoy your new class !!

pir8.... on your loss

Rose1 ....Congrats on reaching your 1st goal

Stacy ....Where are ya today?

Morning ladies!

Busy day today, one of my SILs is cooking dinner for us and bringing it over, how awesome is that! He'll do it SBD legal for me. So guess we'll have my two daughers and their hubbies for Texas hold'em tonight. Tomorrow my grandson will be 12, so we'll have a small birthday party at my Son's house, then off to eat dinner somewhere, either mexican food or Chili's so it will be easy to eat on program.

Steel Magnolia meeting today along with treadmill workout! Gotta get in gear, times a ticking.

I'm rethinking my menus, tweaking for more heart healthy.

to all you guys, let's have a safe and great weekend!

Marva

Mornin everyone! Well its been a busy week for all of us it seems, so much going on. Big party for my daughters 17th birthday tonight, so the house will be full of teenagers and JUNKFOOD Blahhhhhhhh! Not to mention a HUGE cake. But I dont have any cravings and I am really determined not even one bite!
Her birthday is actually Sunday and thats when the family will celebrate it. She actually wants to stay home and have me cook her favorite dish.. my version of Co'au vin... and... its actually legal with brown rice so I am happy about that! Still not sure I will have any rice... I think that and the ww pasta I had last week slowed me down.. I am taking a 2nd look at my menu...

Well on with the day, TGIF! Have a great weekend everyone! Congrats to all you "losers"!
