Start Date: 12/01/03 - restart 11/01/08 (down 6.2!)
Here is mine!

B: 3/4 cup of ww cereal, 1 whole egg and one egg white scrambled with a slice of lf cheese and 3 thin strips of lower fat bacon
S: 1/8 cup of cottage cheese and 6 pineapple chunks (no sugar added)
L: ww spaghetti and a small nectarine
S: 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter and a small apple
D: grilled chicken salad with a 60 calorie cup of sugar free chocolate pudding

Today's menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: hb egg and 1/2 cantalope with lf ricotta

Snack:mini carrots with ricotta

Lunch: black beans, salad

Snack: frozen blueberries and nf plain yogurt

Dinner: tilapia eggplant and salad

D, 3 oz smoked salmon, salad w oo and acv
S, 2 oz beef roast in lettuce rollups
D, 3 oz beef roast, green beans salad, sweet potato,
slice whole wheat bread
D, 1/2 c yogurt, T peanut butter
