Here is mine!
B: 3/4 cup of ww cereal, 1 whole egg and one egg white scrambled with a slice of lf cheese and 3 thin strips of lower fat bacon S: 1/8 cup of cottage cheese and 6 pineapple chunks (no sugar added) L: ww spaghetti and a small nectarine S: 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter and a small apple D: grilled chicken salad with a 60 calorie cup of sugar free chocolate pudding |
