Cheese ?

Is there a limit on cheese like there is with milk & cottage cheese? I've had a sinus headache for 2 days and have been downing coffee with milk (my comfort food) like water, and the only food that doesn't make me is cheese. I've been keeping an eye on my milk intake, but just realized cheese is dairy too. Am I totally blowing it? I'm eating 2% cheddar sticks.

Sorry you haven't been feeling well Jennifer.

This is what Dr. Agatston says about cheese.....

Some have reported stalled weight loss and/or constipation with increased amounts of cheese. While it's fine to adjust your diet to fit your schedule, if you find you are no longer losing weight or you're experiencing increased constipation, I suggest you consider cutting back on the amount of cheese you eat. Otherwise, enjoy low-fat cheese as frequently as you like.

If you think you're having too much cheese, stick to 2 servings of LF cheese, and any additional make FF.

Feel better

Glad you asked the question Jennifer, it's good to know we don't have to limit the low fat if we want it, so enjoy.

___________

That was me. I evaluated everything that I was eating and tried one thing and cut out cheese and the weight started dropping again. No amount of cheese when losing weight was okay for me. Everyone is different. I can have a small amount now, but not before. What would stall me, might not be you. We are all different. We are our own science project! LOL!
