WOE: Lower Carb
Hi everybody.. I am back starting today.

Finally did the dreaded deed and weighed this morning. Up to 147.5 which I was 131 in June of this year. We went to Disney for a week in September and had the dining plan so we were eating all the time. Which was fine because we were walking 20-30 miles a day. But since we got back, I havent gone back on plan. I have been having a carb fest for the past month. I knew I had gained weight because my 10's were getting tight but I had no clue I gained 16.5 lbs.
So today starts new. I will have those pounds off in no time.

I see many new faces and cant wait to get to know all of you.

Hi pompom!

I saw your post on the menu thread and I thought to mysef "she's back - yippee!" It's so good to see you posting again. So I see we have something else in common besides low carbing. I love Disneyworld! I wish we could take advantage of the free dining but we're DVC and they are not offering the program to us. I'll be going to Disney in December and I just made my ADR's yesterday afternoon so I'm really excited. I was able to stay on plan last year so I don't doubt that I'll be able to eat maintenance levels when I go on this trip and I'm even crossing my fingers that I'll actually be in maintenance when we go!

Anyway, just wanted to say welcome back. You are right, you'll have those extra pounds off in no time!

Thanx everyone. Its only been one day and I feel better already.

OMG, Lisa... We had such a good time. I cant believe it took us 4 years to get back to Disney. Now DD and I want to go everyyear much to DH's dismay.LOL

We ate so good. We had steak and lobster at Le Cellier, we ate at Concourse Steakhouse, Kona Cafe, OHana's, 1900 Park Fare, so many places I cant remember.

Kudos to you for doing so well and attempting to stay on plan, maintance or not.
