I am on my second week of jury duty so I know my lunch isnt ideal but it is portable.

Start Date: 12/01/03 - restart 11/01/08 (down 6.2!)
Here is my menu: (hi pompom!)

B: scrambled egg whites with 1 whole egg and a slice of lf cheese, 3 thin strips of lower fat bacon and 1 ww belgin waffle with sf syrup and 1/2 cup of 1% milk
S: 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 6 pineapple chunks (n/s/a)
L: leftover beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice with a small nectarine
S: 1 tbsp all natural peanut butter and a small apple
D: 6 oz. of steak, a salad and 1/2 sweet potato with a chocolate sugar free cup of jello pudding for dessert

Tuesday's menu

b. hard boiled egg and half a cantalope
s. string cheese
l. leftover spanish rice with broccoli medley
s. a wedge of lite laughing cow cheese
d. chicken tenders baked with half a swt. potato and steamed veggies (artichoke hearts, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots) also a little salsa for the tenders

drank 200 oz of acv water and some sun tea

a little off usual program today........

preB, 1 banana
B, 2 oz chicken breast
L, 3 oz chicken breast, salad, acv, OO
S, 1/2 c homemade chili
D, 1 c chili, 1 oz cheese, coleslaw
S, small bowl of chicken stew with a few potatoes and corn in it, yum. Didn't take much to make me happy.
