Being sick yesterday, I managed to have a perfect day Crazy, I know.....but hopefully I can ride the wave and get back on plan before all of DS's birthday parties start rolling (Fri/Sat/Sun).

Morning all. I had a horrible dream last night. I dreamed I was in the dining hall on campus and was eating all kinds of junk. I think it is because TOM is tomorrow or saturday and I was really fighting some cravings yesterday.

Hi Reg, PIR8LUVR & anadday! (Top 'o the mornin' to ya!)

Hi also to all who follow! (and the rest 'o the day to yourselves!)

I am feeling really good this morning! My blood sugar was 105! Hooray! I even had some honeydew (REALLY sweet, from my garden) as part of my afternoon snack. I am really amazed how this way of eating allows me to eat things I never could and still maintain good blood sugars! Admittedly, I am very careful how much carby stuff I add, but I certainly would rather have a small portion of the things I love, rather than never being able to eat them!!

Off to sign up for the water challenge...glug

Have wonderful day on the Beach!!

I'm here to claim my seat and say everything's fine with me too. DH and I are off to a health fair for blood tests and flu shots, hoping I can get one too even though I've heard they're only giving them to those 65 and older or certain circumstances.

Hey everyone!

I'm checking in with yet another 1.5 loss - 3 pounds in two days. I have been seriously adding some (not much) coconut oil into my diet so maybe that is helping, but who knows. If I drop some more by tomorrow then there may be something to it since this was day 3 of the oil.


Trying hard to ignore the tasty treats on my staff desk that an awesome parent provided for us, but it is all unhealthy stuff with a few exceptions: Twinkies, HoHo's, Krispy Kreme donuts, crackers, chips, Chex mix, cookies and then there is some sausage & cheese, oranges and apples.

Good morning everyone! Just checking in before I dive into work.. tomorrow is Friday! Did pretty good yesterday, made turkey chili last night which the family loves and I also made that pb chocolate cheese cake, YUM! Can't eat very much of it which is great, it should last awhile! Husband loved it too and so far no cravings.
I did however have oatmeal yesterday morning and I was just soooo hungry an hour later, which doesnt happen when I have my toast and egg in the morning. So I am going to stay away from the oats for awhile.

Managed to lose 5 of the 9 pounds in one day LOL...guess im working on some water weight LMAO>..i'll take it!

I've been waking up really shaky in the morning for the past 2 days...think im doing some serious detoxing...

Good afternoon everyone!

Only time for a quick drive by. I hope you all are doing well. I just came from an express cardio class at the gym, boy was that tough. It was fun though. So was yesterday's kickboxing class. Over on the Muscle Matters board, we were calculating how much time we spend at the gym and exercising in general. If I keep this pace up, I will spend about 1500 minutes this month execising! Woohoo! Never thought I'd be doing something like that.

Anyway, stay strong ladies. Stay true to your eating plan and most important, stay true to yourself!

Things are going pretty well here. I'm down to 178.5 as of this morning. Now I have another 10.5lbs before I'm at my lowest weight. I'm almost back in the 60 pound club!
