Well... Since I'm the cook, (hang on, let's make that ze Chef! ) and I'm never sure what I'm cooking until I get there --- This is yesterday's menu!

Phase 2-

Breakfast: 2/3 cup yogurt, with apricot all-fruit preserves.

Snack: 1 cup of tea with milk and Splenda, about 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds.

Lunch: A large salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cottage cheese, and ranch dressing, with a veggie pattie. One very small slice from a french baguette, dipped in olive oil.

Snack: (Yes, this means we didn't have one!)

Dinner: 1 Gardenburger brand Portabello and Wild Rice burger, with yellow squash and okra. If you can find these veggie burgers, they are terrific! They are a little high in carbs, but they seem to be fine for an every so often change of pace...

Snack/Dessert: 1 chocolate ricotta thing, made with cocoa and caramel DaVinci's syrup. 2 cups of tea, with a splash of milk and Splenda.

And, lots of water throughout the day!

carbjunkie, that's great! I personally think the menu thread is the most important part of the whole forum! Good luck!
