Exercise Thread for Wednesday, October 5
It's been a while since I've seen an exercise post so I thought I'd get us started. Let's not forget that exercise is a key component in our weight loss endeavors.
Today is a one hour cardio day for me and I did or am doing the following: This morning I rode my exercise bike a little less than 5 miles and burned over 200 calories in 20 minutes. At lunch I'm taking a kickboxing class that is 45 minutes long so I will get a little bit more than an hour of cardio in. Preview: Tomorrow is weights and cardio for an hour: I will do an upper body lifting work out (5, 8 and 10 pound dumb bells) for 30 minutes in the morning and attend a 30 minute cardio class called Energy Express. How about you? What are you doing to break a sweat today?

Wednesdays are busy days for me, so they are usually the one day that I do not go to the gym. However, I am boycotting the parking at my university because they charge us $300 to park on the main campus, so I do get exercise walking from my car to the office.
