Good morning everyone... well today was weigh in for me, 2 more pounds gone. I was really hoping for more but I will take it. I think I am just pms'ing and just feel FAT!
I really wanted to get to my goal by TG, my parents are coming and I would love to be to my siggy goal by then (22 more pounds) not sure I will make it. I really need to excersise more then occasionaly I guess..,. Sorry to ramble, should have wrote this in my journal, but maybe someone can relate. Have a great day everyone! |

I'm up a couple pounds
but TOM is friday. Everything I've been eating this week is on the program, but I may have added too many things back at once and my meals the last two nights have been kind of high in sodium. Someone brought doughnuts to work today. The good kind with filling! But I wasn't even tempted to get one. I don't even care that they are there. Have a good day! |

Good morning ladies,
Things are going great with me. I had a wonderful work out at the gym yesterday - I attended a step class and boy was that one tough 45 minutes. The instructor kept us going from the beginning all the way to end with heart pumping steps. Even the warm up and cool down was tough! Today I rode my bike for about 5 miles this morning and burned over 200 calories. I have a kickboxing class at noon that I'm excited about attending. I'll let you guys know how that went when I get back. I've never done kickboxing before but it sounds interesting. I got on the scale this morning (shame on me - I know better than to weigh during the week) and my weight is about the same so that's good considering TOM is here in full force. I'm wearing my favorite skirt that I think I have to retire soon. It's so big on my waist and hips that I can step out of it without unzipping it. I'm almost afraid it might slip off my hips at an inopportune moment at work! But I love this skirt so much. I might just see how much it costs to get it altered. Reg - sorry you guys are sick. Please feel better soon! ![]() sandsbrat - congrats on being down 2 pounds! That is awesome!!! PIR8LUVR - great job on passing up the donuts. You know this is a lifestyle change when you don't even crave the bad stuff anymore. Hi and hugs to all that follow!

Sorry you guys are sick Reg, it's tougher when Mom is sick too, take care of yourself and hope everyone gets better soon. on the 2 lbs Sandsbrat! Great that you've set a goal and yah on doing the journal, glad you're sharing!You'll drop it pir8luvr, W W on not being tempted with the donuts....you can watch them wear those donuts, ![]() Lisa, you're just doing awesome, I'm so glad things are clicking for you! Working away on a proposal, but thought I would take some time to check in on this thread! Hello
Down 1.5 pounds so feeling better but then I just walked into my office to bags and bags and boxes and boxes of snacks, treats and donuts to put out for my staff (from an awesome mom of one of our kids). The desk for the staff is in my office. Drinking my water and had a little cheat so I really have to stay away from those snacks now. Have a good day all! Renee |
