Start Date: 12/01/03 - restart 11/01/08 (down 6.2!)
Here is my menu:

B: 1 cup of ww cereal, 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites scrambled with a slice of lf cheese and 3 slices of thin lower fat bacon
S: 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 6 pineapple chunks (no sugar added)
L: 6 oz. of tuna salad with a package of SBD ww crackers (100 calories for the crackers) and a small orange
S: 1 tbsp of all natural peanut butter and 1 small apple
D: homemade chili with lots of beans and a tbsp of low fat sour cream on top and 1 sugar free chocolate pudding cup for dessert

Breakfast: hb egg and blueberries with nf plain yogurt

Snack: cheese slice

Lunch: leftover meat, hb egg and some carrots

Snack: apple hb egg

Dinner: salmon, steamed veggies, swt. potato

S, 2 oz pastrami rollups spread with yocheese dip

I will post dinner:
Spinich salad with cut up shallots and walnuts and small cut up green apples in a rasberry vineg.
Broc. spears
store ran a special of prawns at 1/2 price and made shish kabobs with shrimps on the grill.

The prawns came out good and the first time I used the gas grill or any grill in 25 years. I play stupid and DH grills all the time. However, he is still out of town on a business trip. I will play dumb again when he gets home. I don't like touching that grill. LOL! All I had to do was burn one fine piece of steak on the grill 25 years ago and he has been grilling ever since! I did not want to be like my sister in law watching her run in the house and cook and then run outside to grill and run back in the house and finish up while my brother in law was sitting outside with the guys and drinking beer. Not going to happen to me! Burning one a fine piece of steak brought me not having to cook on the grill for 25 years! LOL!

L: Left over stirfry (sirloin, peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, and yellow squash), 1/4 cup cashews, 4 oz yogurt, Diet Sprite
S: Boiled Egg
D: Scrambled eggs (2) with cheese, 3 pieces bacon, small salad, 10 oz 1% milk, SF jello
S: Fudgesicle, 1 tbsp peanut butter
