WOE: SBD Phase 3
Start Date: June 2003
I started my day with a 1/2 cantalope and ricotta cheese in the center of it along with a hb. egg

Snack was 15 assorted nuts

Lunch was coleslaw and 1/2 cup yocheese dip/carrot chips

Snack will be 2 cheese squares

Dinner will be lean steak grilled/ cucumber salad with 1/2 cup savory yocheese and artichoke hearts

Apple before or after bed

I've been sipping on ACV water all day and now have had 100 oz along with a liter bottle extra. each bottle had 2 Tbs of the ACV. The taste wasn't bad at all.

Have a beachy afternoon!

I'm back to weighing and measuring for a couple of days ......I do better with protein for B too. Carbs don't seem to bother me as much at my dinner meal.

Phase 2

B, boiled egg, 1 oz lean grilled porkloin, v8
L, 3 oz grilled chicken breast, spinach salad with T OO
S, 2 oz turkey pastrami with laughing cow lite
D, 1 cup leftover homemade chili, 1 oz lf cheese, sauteed mushrooms, onions, celery and eggplant, 4 triscuits, slice cantaloupe
S, 1/4-1/2 c. ff yocheese dip with celery sticks.

I'm also doing the ACV for weight loss with Sharon. I'm doing 2 t. with a glass of water with my lunch and dinner meal. It's really not bad and I'm getting full on less, knock on wood.
