I finally broke my 5 month long stall! Woohoo!!!
I just had to share with you all! Sunday was official weighin day and I'm down 3.5 pounds! Woohoo!!! The scale hadn't moved down since May 1 for me. It had even creeped up a couple of pounds and I was getting scared. I knew I needed to do something to get it moving again and that's when I started Body for Life for Women. I weighed in at 174.5 pounds which is my lowest adult weight ever!
I'm also even happier about my visit to the gym for my fitness consultation. For the first time I had my body fat analyzed. Normal range is 22-28% for women and I was just tickled to find out I'm at 32% body fat. I'm a whopping 120 pounds of lean muscle mass. I knew I was muscular but I didn't know how much. I've got about 55 pounds of body fat so only 4% more to lose to be in the high normal range and then I'm done. My trainer told me that I can disregard the charts telling me I should be 125 pounds. It just wouldn't look healthy on my frame and believe me ladies I had no intention of shooing for such a low body weight anyway! I just wanted to share because you all have been such a big part of my journey. If you are just starting on the Beach, this is a great place to be. You will reach your goals, even if you have a lot of weight to lose, it can be done!!! ![]()

Good to see you too! Sorry that I'm not sticking to SB anymore...just exercising away with BFL, and sticking to induction levels for now. I hope to return someday!!

teehee, like your avatar!! actually, since the beginning of the LCBiggest Loser challenge, I've only been weighing the 1x a week for the "official" weigh-in. It seems like it's something to look forward to, and just another thing during the week I don't have to worry about anymore. I hope i can keep it up!! (not looking at the scale every day). It also seems to make the week fly by faster!
