Question....Did you follow it too a tee? Reason I am asking is I wanna start but I know its gonna be hard for me to do the snacks... If its not too much can u give me a sample of a days meals for you?

I followed it as closely as I could....being my first week, I'm still trying to get the hang of it all.
Sample meals: Breakfast: scrambled eggs with mushrooms 2 slices of canadian bacon coffee (with fat free creamer) (or 2 hard boiled eggs, and a string cheese with a small can of low sodium V-8 juice) coffee snack: 30 pistachios (yes, I counted them) Lunch: salad with everything I could put into it that was "beachy" Bernsteins italian dressing snack: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese Dinner: grilled chicken breast steamed veggies |
