Hello

Thank God its a new month - time to refocus and get back on track. My "lose 5" goal for September went out the window and I actually gained 2. So technically I could say that I have 7 pound loss goal for October but I'm just going to take it one day at a time right now and try not to obsess over the numbers.

Some new smilies to use now - cool!

Morning Everyone! Happy Monday!

Darn it, Reg! What can we do to help? Just don't be MIA for too long...no need to to struggle alone when we're all here to encourage and lend a hand! Is there one particular thing you are having a problem with, or is it just the general "can't seem to make this work" blahs? I bet most of the veterans here have been there...Let us know, please?

Off to a new week! Although, I actually worked about 6 hours yesterday for my JOB. Proposal due & customer meeting in Europe this week. Account Mgr needed help with them. Said he was going to work all day Sunday on them, so he could present them to his boss. I did the same. Sent them off to him yesterday afternoon, and he was no where to be found! Probably out playing! I'll make it a short day on Friday!

FBS was 106 this am. I was anxious to see what it was going to be since I had my first 4 oz. glass of red wine since Aug 29th! Seems it was ok. But to tell you the truth, it probably won't be something I do every night like before...

Thanks Chris !!

This is the deal.....I keep losing control. There are times that I wouldn't even think to cheat......but lately I have been giving into temptation.

I have all the foods I need to stay on play, but I'm sneaking bad bad snacks. It's also TOM and usually that doesnt have an effect on me....not sure what's up this week.....I'm having food issues at night.

Busy work day for me, lots of deadlines to meet today. Sick 6 year old in the other room, good news is I am so busy Im not thinking about food!

Looking forward to dinner tonight - I made a big pot of turkey chili yesterday and used my lovely foodsaver to make little individual servings. The life of a single girl is so exciting, isn't it?

I totally feel your pain. I have been horrible about eating lately and it was my TOM as well. It usually doesn't affect me either. I didn't make the best choices this weekend in my eating and I was up a couple of pounds this morning.

Maybe you can stick with me because I am planning to do this week of phase 1 just to get all of the sugar back out of my diet. I have been working on one perfect day today. You want to do a perfect day with me tomorrow?

Not single, but end up eating alone often. For me, on this WOE that is a good thing! I made a salmon fillet with fresh garden veggies tonight...yummmm!
