My Body for Life for Women Menu:

B: 1 cup of whole wheat cereal with 1% milk
S: homemade "trail" mix of 1/8 cup of raisins and 6 cashews
L: leftover beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice
S: homemade "trail" mix of 1/8 cup of raisins and 6 cashews
D: 1/2 bowl of chili with broccoli and 1 sugar free chocolate pudding cup (60 calories) for dessert

Here's what I ate yesterday:

1 TB natural peanut butter

2 egg omelet w/ venison, onion, tomato, mushroom and green beans

2 ounces venison tenderloin

2 string cheese

3 string cheese
