Morning Reg and beachers!

I was late getting in last night and late this morning. I hope your day was good. Everything is coming back together for me now that it I've discovered diet cokes were again spiking my appetite, strange how one small coke can lead to another, then another......one perfect day yesterday, working on one today!

Good morning everyone!

I just wanted to stop by and see how you are all doing. I like it over on the MM thread but I miss you guys so I'll probably be posting pretty regular here with you guys if you don't mind. My eating plan is pretty similar to SBD anyway. I think the biggest difference is all the emphasis on work outs. I'm on Day 3 and feel just great! I have so much energy and used to have this feeling on SBD but the carb creep I think sapped the energy right out of me. I had some sugar free cookies on Saturday (before I started BFLFW) and I couldn't even get out the bed on Sunday I felt so lousy. I have learned a valuable lesson. I just can't eat refined flour and sugar. Period.

Last night before bed I got in an extra cardio work out on my exercise bike (7 miles and over 300 calories burned) before Commander and Chief came on. I really like that show. Anyone else watching it? This morning I did a 30 minute cardio routine and tonight I'll do another 30 minutes on the exercise bike.

Lisa, nothing will make us happier than for you to be here with us. You amaze me with your exercise, awesome. Same thing here, guess we'll be living and learning forever but as long as we hang in, we're better off. I haven't seen that show, what time does it come on? I should have been on the treadmill while watching Boston Legal, love that show.

Hey y'all!

I'm still doing well, down another pound for 14 total. Now I only have 100 pounds to go to reach goal!! tee hee!

I made an awesome venison tenderloin stew the other day and I have been noshing on it for meals and snacks. Yummmmmy!!

Marva - thanks for being well, thanks for just being you!!!! I'm not a Boston Legal watcher but I kept seeing the previews while I was watching Commander and Chief. It comes on right before your show. You are right that we just keep on learning. I think I've learned more about me in the past two years being on this program and working through emotions and feelings and my past than I have in my whole 38 years on this planet. It's scary sometimes but it's so worth it!

MountainGirl - congratulations on the pound lost! You are getting so close to onderland. I tell you I cried the day my scale said 199 pounds. I got my license renewed and was so proud when I could put (truthfully) put 199 on it. You'll lose these last 100 in no time and be one skinny minnie!

sandsbrat - nice to meet you too! I think the thing I love most about my new program is that the work outs are so intense. That's the one thing that was lacking for me with SBD. It's a wonderful wonderful wonderful program but I need the additional direction/challenge that comes from an intense work out schedule. I'm feeling so energetic and alive working out like this! Now hopefully I'll see the desired results.

Good Afternoon!
Had a pretty good day today. Food was good...exercise was good, water needs attention! I will buy a liter on my way to school and drink it. I have bottled water delivery, but they are 2 days late. I tried to hold out..but its 5pm and still no water
Weighed in today and am down to 151- I think thats 5 lbs gone! hope to lose 5 more by Oct 13 Still feel yucky- initially thought it was induction flu (was on Atkins until yesterday), but today is the 5th day of feeling lousy, so maybe I am fighting something off.
Congrats to everyone on their losses

I have to run off to class now. Have a great night everyone.
