Hi

I'm down a pound but not bragging since I've lost this same pound many, many, many times this month. I keep going down to 129/129.5, sabataging myself and going right back up to 133. Technically, I haven't achieved anything in the weighloss world this month.


Oh well, the month isn't over yet.

Hi everyone! No scale for me till tomorrow, I am a little nervous, I have eaten clean and everything but noticed my fingers are swollen so afraid to much season salt on the pork chops last night. Hoping I lose the extra water for tomorrows weigh in!

Sandsbrat: Thinking positive thoughts for your weigh-in tomorrow!

I'm bushed this morning! We had a thunderstorm last night, which is a rare occurance for this part of CA. My poor dog went nuts! She is a Lab mix, and by no means small. So trying to keep her off our laps was a struggle, but necessary! I even tried letting her on the bed, but she still wanted on top of one of us...poor thing! She is sacked out now, and I'm trying to work! Looks like a nap for me at lunchtime!

M FBS was 120 again this morning. I had that slice of toast yesterday morning, but I doubt that did it. I am going to lay off the diet soda today. We'll see if that helps.

Hi to all!

Today is good for me so far.
Hope your nap is good Chris, good luck with the tweaking. I've had to do that. I just realized yesterday that it was my picking up the diet cokes again that was causing me problems with hunger at night again. So I'm ditching them too...again...
Sandsbrat, good luck with the weigh-in, get your water in today for sure.

Hello Girls !! Hope everyone is having a good day.

Funny story.....I remember, growing up, my brother and I used to make fun of my parents when they would have and English Muffin and coffee for snack at night (my dad would have a cookie stash too, LOL). I never "got it"....why a boring muffin?

30 yrs later.....I'm doing the same thing, and laughing at myself.

Hi all. I am fighting with a cold, but I am not going to use that as an excuse not to workout. I had such a great workout yesterday. I am going to try to sweat this thing out! I'm also making sure I have even more water than usual.

Marvi it's funny that you mentioned the diet cokes. I think one of my problems with not losing any weight last week was diet Pepsi. I have never been a fan of diet sodas, but have always liked diet Sprite. When I did SB before, I drank diet Sprite (usually no more than 2 a day). The caffeine in the diet Pepsi may be the difference. Also, I may have eaten too much fat in cheeses and nuts. So, I am trying to watch all of that this week.

Hi Everyone,

I've missed you. Didn't have time to pop in and post over the weekend or yesterday due to the cat show we had a booth at for our rescue. Am glad to be back and have the event behind us. Both hubby and I are still on plan. I am kinda bummed because we planned to do a big weigh in at the end of week 2 of phase 1 so we've been holding off on weighing since starting SBD. Well, wouldn't you know that it's my TOM (started Saturday morning at our event) so we didn't weigh in yesterday as originally planned. We are still on phase 1 even though we could switch to phase 2 starting yesterday as we haven't had time to get to the store to get anything to add so hopefully we'll have time sometime this week to pick up a few apples and some of the sf bread, etc.

I hope everyone is doing well and is having that one perfect day today!

Hi all,

I just wanted to check in and say hi. I've gotten my eating back on track and I'm down to 182. 14 pounds more until I get to my lightest weight.

I need to get back on track with exercising. It's interest though because I've never been able to do well with eating when I wasn't exercising. Usually when I give up exercising, I mess up eating. IT's acually kind of cool because I now know I can keep the food good eventhough I might not get a chance to exercise.

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well!
