kc, it looks good for a phase 2 menu since the oatmeal was selected. The idea on the egg whites is good..turkey bacon (2 slices per day), would have been a better choice if you ate regular bacon. Drop the oatmeal and add the eggs and it will be phase 1.

If I'm gonna have a carb, I make sure to have some protein with it.
For breakfast I usually have eggs or eggbeaters, LF cheese, turkey bacon.....and I can usually pass up the morning snack because I'm "full". What kind of oatmeal? and was it Regular Bacon? |
