*♥* Halloween/Christmas Challenge - Week of 9/26 *♥*

Hi and good Monday morning challengers!

I hope everyone had a good week!

Last week our thought was "If you start moving your body, your mind will follow! Denise Austin

.........and that was great and it worked and we all began our walking and exercise programs again, yah!

This week, our thought is "Begin with your mind, and your body will follow." Tom Venuto, BFFM.

Two great body builders but both believing in the power of positive thinking so let's add that this week......

How much would your life improve if you could literally put your behaviors on "auto-pilot" and eliminate the need for "teeth-gnashing," "gut-it out" willpower?

What would it mean to you if you could automatically just eat the right foods and automatically carry out your workouts every day, without straining... without even having to think about it?

How would your body and your health change if you just automatically did the right thing everyday... as effortlessly as you shower, brush your teeth or get dressed?

Would you agree that the most challenging part of losing weight and getting in shape is taking the right actions every day? (Not "talking"... but "DOING"?)

So, let's do it.....put our actions in motion: work on making new-good habits, think positive, eat on program, keep exercising, share some good thoughts and aim for seven one perfect days!

Morning challengers.....

I'm refocusing today, kind of like a restart. I feel like I've been in the maintain mode for over a month with my weight bouncing 3 lbs up and down from my current siggy. So, here's to a new week and reprograming my focus....exercise and back to what works.

How's everyone doing? Just a quick check to let you know I'm still here. I'm loving my treadmill again. I'm walking a mile each day and it's become such a habit now that I wouldn't think of not doing it. I'm chosing to weight myself now once a month so that I can keep from getting too frustrated with the ole scale.

It's getting nice and crisp here in California. I can sure tell that Autumn is here now. I love this time of year when that little chill is in the air and the leaves start turning color. Keep on having those perfect days as Halloween is just around the corner.

Sharon, glad we've got our groove back!

I walked on the treadmill today too.

Jeez, I just last night figured out why I was wanting peanuts and snacks at night.....I had added diet coke back in, ......so I didn't have any last night or today and I'm back on track with the feelings.

I saw O today and she said she had moved her night snack to later than 7:30 since she wasn't going to bed as early. I like that option too!

Wednesday roll call for me.....I got my treadmill walking in today and also 20 min strength building on the machines at the gym, yah! The food was easy for me today, thank goodness, one perfect day.

I'm heading in right now to finish up on my treadmill for today.. Still working on my water but will get that finished before bed. My day was a good one to Marva. Getting set for another perfect day.

Hi all! Don't get in here often enough, but still doing well. Speaking of O, I saw the program a couple of weeks ago about the body. (Dont often watch) They were talking about how meat actually sits in the body decaying for a full week. Gross!! It made such an impact on me, that I have started uping my veggies and cheese, and limiting my meat to dinner only. Since I began that, I have been losing steadily, and faster than before. I just take the 3 finger salad, and cheese sticks or laughing cow cheese to work for lunch. Thanks Oprah!
