I didn't post yesterdays meals, so here they are:

B: Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, 2 pieces of bacon, 8 oz of FF Milk
L: Taco salad w/black beans, 1/2 a medium sized banana
S: SF Creamsicle, 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
D: Tuna salad, 1/8 cup cashews
S: SF Jello

Today:

B: 8 oz 1% milk, 1/2 medium banana w/ 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
S: boiled egg, a few cashews
L: Tuna salad, green beans, SF jello
S: Q-Smart bar
D: Chicken w/ peppers, onions, zucchini, squash, and mushrooms in tomato sauce with LF italian cheeses, small salad, 12 oz 1% milk
S: SF Popsicle

Monday - Phase 1

B, boiled egg, 6 grape tomatoes
S, celery with 2 T light sour cream dip
L, 3 oz deli ham, light cheese and spinach salad w OO
S, 2 oz turkey pastrami, wedge of laughing cow lite
D, 3 oz taco meat, salad, salsa
D, cup ff yogurt with a little cocoa in it

Kitchen is closed.

Phase 2
Breakfast:
2 eggs over easy
1 slice WW/7 Grain toast with Smart Balance
4- 1" cubes honeydew melon
6 oz. tomato juice

Lunch:
Lettuce, tomato, cucmber & celery salad with SB approved caesar dressing
2 oz. turkey pastrami
1 slice RF cheese
10 peanuts

Snack:
2 tbsp low fat ricotta, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 tsp DaVinci's White Chocolate sugar free syrup - mix together

Dinner:
4 oz. pot roast
1 cup steamed broccoli & cauliflower
Same salad as lunch
