Reg, and just think, but for the internet, we'd never have known each other! You are the bestus.....my weekend wasn't perfect either, we'll both try for a one perfect one Monday together!

Happy Monday Everyone! Hope your weekend was fun and relaxing!

No Monday blues here. I have a much improved outlook these days! Doing something positive for yourself has an amazing effect on your attitude about everything, doesn't it?

I had my second cup of honeydew for breakfast yesterday, and my FBS was 110. I think I'm going to be able to have it after all! Yah!!!

I had 7 at dinner last night. I served a completely "on plan" meal and no one knew the difference. It was fun to have everyone telling me it was delicious, knowing that I can feed my friends and family healthy food & eat this way forever!

A One Perfect Monday to us all!!!

Hi everyone!
No Monday blues here either! Had a great weekend, stayed on plan and even got most of my water in, which is always harder on the weekend for me! We spent most of the day in our pool yesterday and I could really feel it in my legs. I even wore a tank top yesterday that normally I would have put a jacket over to hide the fat over my belt but yesterday it was gone and I was really suprised. No jacket for me which is a good thing since its over 100 degrees out!

Well

I'm openly admitting that I've come out of the weekend with a gain - back up to 133 - highest since the beginning of August. But....I'm on track today and plan to stay there. TOM ALWAYS throws me off - the cravings are unreal.

I repainted my whole kitchen this weekend and picked out a new couch and loveseat set (microfiber with 5 year warranty - with the 3 kids - definitely a need). My new windows (15) go in on the 12th and 13th - wahoo - things are finally getting done.

Good morning gang!

I didn't do so good this weekend. I didn't get in sugar or off program foods, just ate too much bread and got in the peanuts again.......so today's a new beginning for me...going for one perfect day!

I was pretty bad saturday with my sister-in-laws birthday party, but had a perfect day yesterday. I also had a good workout yesterday. I think I am fighting a cold, but I am still going to make myself workout this afternoon.

I had a great workout today! 15 minutes on the stairmaster (fat burner program) and 30 minutes (weight loss interval program) on the eliptical for a total of 3 miles.
