Anyone tried the Southhaven farm Mixes?

I was checking out the Main Lobby this morning, and read the thread about the Southhaven Farm baking mixes. They sound too good to be true! I went to their website, and I am very intrigued!

Anyone familiar with these? Oh, and sorry if there has been some lengthy discussion regarding thid prior to my arrival.

They do sound good! I've also just read this weekend that King Arthur Flour Co. has just introduced a new line of whole-grain baking mixes.
