Question about drinking water....
Will my body EVER get used to drinking so much water?? Or, will I be running to the bathroom every 20 minutes????

I have been drinking at least 2 liters of water a day for several years, and I still go to the bathroom about once an hours. Also, I've noticed that since I started back on the SB, I wake up in the middle of the night and have to go when. It's a pain, but just think of it as flushing all the bad stuff out of your body

I NEVER drank water but diet pop before. When I first started drinking the water I was running to the bathroom every 15 min! Talk about pain if you are driving or going someplace and not at home! However, the longer you do it, it slows down on the number of times that you have to go. Like your body gets used to that amount of water. Then something happens. You start to like drinking water. Remember, if you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated. I think of it as flushing the fat down the toilet. LOL!
