Morning!

Here's what I ate yesterday:

Water 1 1/2 qts
20 ounces decaf tea w/ stevia

1 TB natural peanut butter

Homemade Zucchini-mushroom lasagna

Organic baby spinach salad w/
2 TB soynuts
2 TB sunslower seeds
4 grape tomatoes
1 TB Ranch
3 oz chicken

2 reduced fat string cheese

Organic baby spinach salad w/
3 ounces chicken
2 TB Ranch
1 piece homemade cheese pizza on whole wheat crust

Breakfast:
3 scrambled eggs w/reduced fat cheese and salsa
1 cup of coffee w/ff creamer
Water

Lunch:
Portobella mushrooms sauteed in a little olive oil w/garlic, onion, oregano and reduced fat cheese
Water

Dinner:
We have a list of dinners for the week and hubby will pick off of that tonight, so not sure what we're having for dinner yet.

b-chicken and salad (this is lunch, but i ate at 11)
s-cottage cheese and almonds
d-salmon and stir-fried peppers,eggplant and onion

Wednesday - Phase 2

B, boiled egg, grape tomatoes, 1/2 slice whole wheat bread
D, pastrami, laughing cow cheese liite, salad, OO
S, celery w 2 T lite sour cream dip
D, 2 bowls - no point veggie soup (cabbage, mushrooms, celery, okra, carrots and onion w can of green chili tomatoes with chicken breast / tsp parm cheese in each bowl, yum
S, ff, ss, chocolate pudding
