Morning Beach Babes !!

Looks like we all have busy schedules !! I hope everyone is have a good week !!

Today I found the SF WW bread....yippee !! Why waste sugar on bread....if I'm gonna have sugar it better be in the form of a cookie.

I had only 1 slice of WW today.....big accomplishment for me. I'm going to try to stay away from bread as much as possible......the 1 slice was do-able...I didnt feel cheated or denied.

Morning All!

My FBS was 105 this morning. Good for me! Since I started the Byetta, my blood sugars have been much better and I'm not as hungry.

I'm down 13 pounds, with 101 to go! LOL! Well, one day at a time, right??

How is everyone doing?

Today I go and pick up some veggies at the soup kitchen. They are donated by the local food bank and sometimes they are really great! Then it's school for the kiddoes, laundry and something for supper. I believe I'll make ff refried beand and cheese for them and make some whole wheat tortillas to go with. I'll serve salad and corn as well.

For me, it's be WW Zero Point Soup (with chicken and lentils) and salad.

Reg: Great job on only eating one piece of bread!!

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning ladies...Hope you are all off to a Perfect day!

Reg YAY...you found that bread and good job on having only one slice. Sometimes I'll have just 1 slice in the morning w/light butter or spray then I add splenda and cinnamon. Mmm it's a nice treat!
Mountaingirl Way to go on the 13lbs... Definately take it one day at a time! Remember..."Slow and steady wins the race"

You all have a great Wednesday!!

Morning beach babes,

Reg, I'm glad you found the bread, they have hamburger buns and it's nice to actually have one sometime. I found a stone ground whole wheat roll that's neat for hot dogs last week, dh likes it. It's made by Toufayan and is call a wheat Snuggle Fun Roll. Long story short here, yesterday when I was grocery shopping and at the bread isle, this young lady came up to me and said she her Dr. had just told her she was diabetic and that she couldn't eat sugar, she was looking for the sugar free bread too. My heart went out to her, I sure hope he armed her with more info about carbs that just sugar. She's still on my mind.

Mtgrl, can I come eat with you? Girl you do cook some awesome sounding dishes. I'm making your cauli poppers today. Congrats on the 13 lbs down , you're doing great and yes, it's one step at a time but it will stay off easier since you aren't carb deprived and eating well balanced.

Mel, you're doing great, hope you have a one perfect day, I'm shooting for one too!

Looks like my day is going to be steady as she goes, no major things to do. I'm planning on getting the exercise in too!

Hope everyone has a good one!

Marva

Good morning ladies!

I am just popping in real quick to say hello to everyone. I have a busy morning but then Jacob goes to preschool for a few hours in the afternoon today so I'm hoping to have time to pop back in later while he's a school. I'm going to try for one perfect day!

Good morning everyone! Everyone is doing so great, I am so excited to be a part of it now. 4 pounds gone for me this week and I am just high as a kite!

I am planning on getting on the bike later at least a half hour.

Hello

Down a pound but thinks its because I wasn't feeling so hot last night and everything I had that day went right through me - ewwwww.

Still feeling a little under the weather, but I'm off tomorrow and Friday.

DH is off picking up our wonderful winnings. We'll probably decide tonight how to spend it or save it (college funds).

hey everyone...day 2 and going pretty strong. Are there any coffee drinkers out there? I tend to drink 2-3 cups a day, do you think that will impact how much i lose? Just curious. I use NF half and half and splenda, but i've heard different things about weight loss and caffiene. Anyway, hope your all having a good day!

I have a personal coffee maker that makes approx 2 cups into a travel mug. I use 1 scoop decaf, 1 scoop regular coffee. I'm not able to give up the regular coffee (this Mommy needs a pick-me-up in the morning). I drink it with skim milk and splenda. We had a discussion on the FF half and half and there is sugar in it (#2 ingredient) so I went back to skim. You may see cravings come back with the caff.

Thank you for writing to Flowers Bakeries about Nature's Own Sugar Free Bread. I wish I could tell you that we serve the New England states with our products, but we do not. I'm sorry! Our market covers the states commonly known as the Sunbelt of the United States, and none of the New England states are included.

I wish that we had an ordering system that I could offer you. But since we only produce fresh (not frozen) breads which are extremely fragile when first baked, we don't attempt to ship them.

Thanks again for letting us hear from you. Just wish my reply contained better news for you.
