How many at goal and sick of comments?

Do you ever get this comment, why are you still dieting and eating that when you are not overweight? They don't understand that it has changed from losing weight and focuses more on health. People do not understand why we would continue to eat the way that we do, when at goal. Maybe because if we went back to our old eating habits that we would get overweight again? It is called a lifestyle change in eating habits. Not something that you do to get a few pounds off.

Hi Janet,

I have heard it many times too...There are so many people out there that do not know what "lifestyle change" means. They still think to lose weight we must diet, which we all know here is false. So many people say that I should stop where I am, because I am going to waste away. (whatever that means ) I don't think someone who has never had problems with there weight has any rights to tell me anything about weight loss, healthy eating, etc. They don't know what it's like! We don't want to ever diet again so we make a change forever. I am just glad I found this board...so I know I am not alone!! Have a great day!

Oh.... a big heck yes on that one! Oh.. and they say how unhealthy it is! As I sit there and watch them shove down a pile of mash potatoes with gravy and KFC extra crispy chicken and a side of pie at a picnic and I am having a grilled chicken breast and a salad and some strawberries. Yep, my way is SOOO UNHEALTHY! @@ BTW, the ones that said it was unhealthy, were very much overweight on top of it.

Yes. And, I made the mistake of listening to them. Ugh, now I have 15 extra pounds to lose.

Me!! I am so sick and tired of people telling me that I'm thin enough....they don't even know what I weigh!! You'd think that I was below 100 lbs, the way they look at me.

I think that my goal of 160 lbs is a good one for my body and I don't really give a hoot what anyone thinks, feels or says to me.

I am so inspired. I was just cruising around and this helped me to keep going, I have been discouraged and...this helps...

When I lost 54 pounds a few years ago people were doing the same thing. It really gets annoying after a while, I second that.

You can always ask why are you so interested in what I am eating?
