s- 3 slices thin n/f turkey with LF laughing cow cheese spread
L- Left over cheesburger kiesh with salad
s- s/f jello
D- Halibut filet and zuchini

And lots of water!

Dinner:
Beer butt chicken and then some and know not south beach friendly but egg plant dipped in egg then shaked in parm. cheese and fried in olive oil (still trying to get out of the atkins way but love these and only eat a bit) and a salad with radish, advocado,green onion, cucumber, tomato and black olives and small amount of jincama or however you spell that thing that is hard to peel.

B: 3 scrambled eggs w/salsa and reduced fat cheese, Water, 1 cup coffee w/ff creamer
L: Portobella mushrooms sauteed in a little olive oil w/onion, fresh oregano, garlic and reduced fat cheese, Water
D: Not sure yet - we have several meals figured out for the week and I've been letting hubby pick which one sounds good to him in the evening

Phase 2

B. eggs on ww sourdough
S. blueberries
L. swiss cheese on ww sourdough, slaw, dill pickle and carrot chips
S. blueberries and laughing cow light
D spagetti and large salad with vinegar/evoo

I just posted this menu on yesterdays thread and noticed it too late. Sorry for the repeats.

B: Turkey sausage & 2 egg omelet with 1 slice RF cheese
Small can tomato juice

L: 1/4 grilled turkey breast, 1 wedge laughing cow lite, 1 slice RF cheese, 1/2 apple

Dinner: 1/3 lb. ground round burger, 1 slice RF swiss cheese, mushrooms
Lettuce, tomato & cucumber salad.

Not enough veggies & too much cheese today!! Will do better tomorrow!

I had posted our menu for the day earlier but we were still up in the air about dinner at that point. For dinner we ended up having a veggie cheese burger and cauliflower and then we had a piece of the sf candy for a little snack later.
