I was able to exercise today after having a procedure done last tuesday. I did less than normal but did five miles on the outter island around the lake. I will build it up to where I was before. I also worked on top of it.

I had really good workouts all last week and over the weekend. Today I had to travel to Maryland for a college fair tomorrow. My hotel did not have a gym , but I shopped and walked for 2 1/2 hours so that should count for something! Also, when I went to dinner I forgot to ask the waiter not to bring bread, so I had this 1/2 loaf of bread staring at me the whole time, but I did not have a bite!
