B: 6 triscuits, 1 lf string cheese
L: subway club salad with ranch dressing S: turkey rollup in a whole wheat tortilla with shredded cheese D: small slice of veggie lasagna (not on plan), salad with italian caesar, small sliver of brownie Dessert: peanut butter cup Totally didn't do a great job in eating on plan today because I went to a meeting where they didn't have many choices for the buffet dinner. I was very proud of myself that I was able to set limits for myself and just eat a small bit of the foods that were off plan. Hope this won't affect me too much tomorrow. |
