Here's what I had yesterday:
1 1/2 qts water 20 ounces decaf herbal tea w/ stevia 2 eggs 1 TB pesto organic baby spinach leaves 2 TB cheddar cheese 1 TB organic plain kefir Cabbage chicken soup Salad and chicken breast 1 TB Ranch 1/2 Feta-Spinach Salmon Cabbage chicken soup 2 reduced fat string cheese Have a great day y'all! |

Breakfast: scrambled egg, 2 slices of bacon, 8 ounces of milk Snack: 3 TBS sunflower seeds Lunch: 4.5 ounce grilled chicken breast with cheese melted on it, 1/2 cup of broccoli and cauliflower mix, and 1/2 cup sf orange jello Snack: 2 celery peices with cream cheese Dinner: Grilled pork sirloin, salad, and yellow squash Dessert: Not sure yet |

3 scrambled eggs w/reduced fat cheese and salsa 2 slices vegetarian bacon 1 cup of morning thunder tea w/splenda Water Lunch 4 pieces of *veggie ham sautéed w/olive oil, onion, green peppers, garlic and 1 ½ pieces of reduced fat provolone cheese 1 cup of Madagascar Vanilla Rooibos tea /w splenda Water *The veggie ham has 90 calories, 0g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 400mg sodium, 160mg potassium, total carbs 5g, Dietary fiber 1g, sugars 0g, protein 16g per serving. Serving is 4 pieces. Dinner We're planning on having the green chilli-cheese casserole and broccoli soup Water 48 oz so far |

I did Phase 2 today
Breakfast: Old fashioned oats with some Uncle Sam's and a Tb. pb Lunch: Leftover pork chop and veggies from night before with dill pickle Dinner: Large garden salad/evoo and vinegar dressing, a pork chop, some zucchini and 1/2 acorn squash |

Phase 1
B, 2 eggs, t OO, 6 grape tomatoes L, grilled chicken breast, spinach salad w T OO S, celery w laughing cow lite D, porkchop, coleslaw, asparagus S, pastrami w laughing cow lite No eating after 8:30--I'm tweaking my nightime eating curfew since dh and I are eating dinner earlier now and I'm allowing for a nightime snack no later than 8:30. |
