Lisa on getting the thread up!

Everyone's menu looks good! I post mine at night after I've eaten, it just works for me that way.

I did eat something new for breakfast this morning......the new Quaker Weight Control Banana Bread Oatmeal, yum.....now it's instant so don't flame me yet....it's got 3 grams of fiber and the ingredients are first.....whole grain rolled oats so I think it has program possibilities.....I made it with water and it made a cup so I ate 1/2 c with a teaspoon of Promise, added some benefiber too..plus a slice of deli turkey breast on the side and yum.....I'll post the link, tell me what you think.....do we use it in P2 or not?

Marva I see it does not have any trans fat that is good and sucralose so that is good too. I am new to this so I am unsure but since all the good stuff is mentioned first, I would say it would be okay.

The only thing that would stop me is the word instant. The more of the whole grain that is processed the less you get. I think I'll wait for Phase 3 on that one. Give me something to look forward too.

Hi Everyone! I haven't had much time to visit LCF today but wanted to pop in this evening and say hi and post and read a little. Boy have I had a killer headache for the last two days and hubby has had one on and off. I have allergies and tend to have a lot of sinus issues so am not sure what's causing the headache. Do you guys think it is the new eating plan and us getting off of all of the carbs or just a coincidence?

Here's what I ate today:

9/14/05
Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs w/reduced fat cheese and salsa
2 vegetarian sausage links
1 cup of morning thunder tea w/splenda
Water

Lunch
Portabella mushrooms sautéed w/olive oil, onion, garlic and reduced fat provolone cheese
1 Cup of Lemon and Ginseng Green Tea
Water

Dinner
Peanut Chicken made w/vegetarian chicken product
Cheesy Artichoke Bake
Water

Water 48 oz so far - had trouble getting water down today for some reason.
