**Wednesday's Exercise Post**

It's the middle of the week- get moving- there's still time to rack up exercise minutes before the weekend!

Happy Wednesday all you SBD exercisers!

This is flabby ab attack week so I attached my flabby abs with Firm 4 Jiggle Free Abs. It's a great and really intense abdominal work out with my favorite instructor Allie. I posted on yesterday's thread that I am thinking of joining a gym when the weather turns bad so I can use the treadmill (and keep my running up) plus they have spinning classes, personal trainers, pilates classes and other stuff I might be interested in. Anyone else joined a gym? I haven't been to one in years and I admit I feel a little intimidated. Some of the gals at work are trying to get me to join with them since a small group works out at lunch. Any opinions/experiences with gym memberships?

Yesterday was a cardio day and today is an UBWO. I'm doing back and shoulders. My biceps and triceps are still sore from Mondays workout. I'm dreading Friday which is my legs day.
