1hr. basic Callanetics program for both of us. Plus, 2 1/2 hr. dance class for Emily and 3 mi. walk for Mom.

Great job Marva and Emily!

I went for a 40 minute powerwalk at lunchtime. It was so beautiful (and quite hot) outside. I worked up quite a sweat and wished I would have wore my work out gear when it was all said and done. I know we won't have too many lovely afternoons left here in Ohio. I'm thinking about joining a gym in the winter months so I can take some spinning classes and use their treadmills and do some group aerobics. Just thinking about it right now though.
