I'll eat with you ![]() B: 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 lf string cheese L: handful peanuts, 3 slices ff turkey breast, 1 sf jello cup, 1 lf string cheese Snack: sf fudgesicle D: homemade chili, 1 cup cottage cheese Dessert: peanut butter cup A lot of sugar free calories for me today, but I really felt like I was craving! |

B: 2 small sausage patties, 2 scrambled eggs with a slice of lf cheese and 1 seven grain belgin waffle with sugar free syrup S: Dannon light and fit cherry vanilla yogurt cup L: leftover beef stroganoff with 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and a nectarine S: 9 whole cashews D: a SBD pepperoni pizza with a diet soda and 3 small sugar free chocolate and toasted almond truffles |
