Anyone tried this product? Yum.....

Ok. I may only find out this isn't the best snack but it seemed I was making a wise choice. One of NOT so many this week.....grrrrr Anyway. I ordered it off of netritions site and its Sylvester Stallones high protein pudding. It has 20 grams of protein, low carb and sugar free.....here is the list of info so you can give me the good or bad news.....Thanks!!!!!

6.4 oz serving.

100 calories
total fat 2g
sat fat 0
trans fat 0
cholest 5mg
sodium 420mg
potassium 330mg
total carb 1g
fiber 0
sugars 0
protein 20g
calcium 20%
iron 8%

ingredients:
water, calcium caseinate ( a milk derivative ) this is lactose free it claims, soy protein isolate, soybean oil, sodium chloride, dipotassium phosphate, artificial flavor, carrageenan, dextrose, tricalcium phosphate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium and yellow #5.

This does leave an after taste but IMO not bad and if you aren't LOOKING for it you won't notice.

So whats the verdict?

I haven't heard of or tried this before but sounds like a good snack option. I'll be interested to see what others have to say.

Good, imo, a can of it has too many calories/fat/serving size is wrong and it has too many calores to be counted as a once a day serving of pudding and doesn't have enough vitamins and minerals for an occasional meal replacement even in phase 2. It could possibly be eaten as an occasional sweet treat in P 2 and P 3. But...it's better than going off program for something sweet, It's nice to know everything isn't off limits forever isn't it!
