Sunday's menu

Today's menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: oatmeal with pb and nf plain yogurt
Snack:
Lunch: some tomatoes a couple of cheese slices and leftover broccoli from last night
Snack:
Dinner: refried black beans in lettuce roll up with some reduced fat shredded cheese

No more eating after 7:30 PM.

B, 2 eggs, grape tomatoes 1/2 c oatmeal
L, mini meatloafs, brussel sprouts, small amount cream cheese
S, pastrami w celery
D, salad w grilled chicken breast w parm cheese and T ranch dressing.

No eating after 7:30

2 eggs scrambled with spinach
1 slice low-fat cheese

Snack:
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 celery sticks

Lunch:
Lettuce, tomato, cucmber salad
vinegar & olive oil dressing
4 oz. sliced turkey

Dinner:
Lettuce, tomato, cucmber salad (2 tbsp grated parmesan)
vinegar & olive oil dressing
4 oz grilled salmon
