Weekend Exercise Post (9/9-9/11)
I thought I'd get a weekend exercise post started. I just couldn't get out of bed this morning so I plan to do a 20-30 minute powerwalk at lunchtime today.
For Saturday and Sunday I plan to run (I love my ipod!) for 40-50 minutes in the early morning. What are your plans today and for the weekend to get your body moving? We wanna know! ![]() Last edited by zeraspride : 09-09-2005 at 08:55 AM. |

Way too much time on my hands!
|
I did 40 minutes of upper body weight and 10 minutes of abs. I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow! Tomorrow I plan on doing 20 minutes of high intensity cardio and then a lower body work out.

Hi I did my workout this am and hopefully on Saturday I will get to the gym in the AM and Sunday will be the day of rest ha ha.
