Morning Y'all!
Morning FBS was 148. Here is my "plan" for today! Water 2 qts decaf tea w/ stevia 1 TB natural peanut butter 1 string cheese Salad (organic baby greens, grape tomatoes, 2 ounces chicken breast, 1 TB Ranch dressing) 1 string cheese Weight Watchers Zero Point Cabbage Soup Salad and chicken breast before bed Have a great day! |

Here's my Phase 1 menu for today:
B: 2 scrambled eggs with a slice of lf cheese, 3 strips of lower fat bacon and a cup of hot tea S: Dannon yogurt cup L: a great big grilled chicken cesear salad with tomatoes and sliced black olives S: 15 whole cashews D: crustless pizza with cheese, double mushroom, sausage and pepperoni and a couple pieces of milk chocolate "skinny" truffles (low carb chocolates with crushed roasted almonds) for dessert |

Today's menu: Phase 2
Breakfast: oatmeal with wheatgerm,pb/applesauce Snack: Lunch: missed because of late breakfast Snack: a few sm. carrots Dinner: tuna salad with steamed veggies, converted rice and applesauce No more eating after 7:30 PM. |

2 pcs Mock French Toast 1 tsp Smart Balance & 1/2 tbsp sugar-free syrup 2 slices turkey bacon 1 sml can V8 Snack: 1 sick string cheese 1/2 dill pickle Lunch: Arugala salad with 1 small tomato, LF feta cheese Grilled chicken tender, 3 oz. Low Fat Italian - noticed it had sugar AFTER I ate it! Snack: 15 almonds Dinner: 1 turkey Italian sausage 1 cup saurkraut Romaine & Arugala salad with tomato, celery, green onion HOMEMADE italian dressing! I'm going to have to red labels more carefully before I eat! |
