Drain it overnight, then blend in very finely cut celery, green pepper, red pepper, onion, radish, cucumber, carrot, any or all. Maybe a little sea salt if you need it, some freshly ground pepper. All to taste. Use as a spread on Kavli or Wasa crackers for Phase 2 or stuff celery for Phase 1.

I see everything as points

Put 1 C boiling water in the blender.....add one packet of SF jello. Mix. Add one 6oz container of FF/SF/Plain yogurt.....whip. Chill like regular jello.....the jello will set to the bottom and the foam rises to the top.
It's a staple in my diet.....a few scoops before breakfast helps curb my appetite and I dont over do it (especially getting the kids ready for school, I dont always have time to have breakfast before). After the kids are off at school, I have time to make an omlette and coffee.....and I'm really not that hungry. Also good as a snack. I can't live w/o the stuff.
