Here's what I had yesterday:
(We were out most of the day) Water 2 qts 1 TB natural peanut butter 1 reduced fat string cheese 1/2 storebought chicken salad (grilled chicken meat, lettuce and a little parmesan cheese) 1 TB Ranch dressing had remaining 1/2 of salad 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pasta with spaghetti sauce 1 homemade whole wheat tortilla w/ reduced fat co-jack cheese 1 homemade whole wheat tortilla with cream cheese Today my plan is to get back on Phase 1, but we are supposed be served supper at my cancer support group and I don't know what they're serving. I'm thinking of bringing a salad with me.

Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled in low fat cream cheese and sprinkled with 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
Lunch: 1 cups collard greens and 1 baked chicken breast encrusted with parmesan cheese and italian dressing seasoning packet Dinner: 1 medium salad topped with 1 chicken breast Calories: 705 Fat: 27--36% Carbs: 20--9% Fiber: 5 Protein: 93--55% |

Back to Phase 1 B: 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 lf string cheese L: 2 oz. ff turkey breast, 1 lf string cheese, 1 sf jello cup, a few peanuts Snack: peanut butter cup dessert D: leftover taco meat with a salad and carbwell ranch, some black beans and rf mexican cheese No eating after 8:00!!!!! |

Looks like we both backed up Lacy,
Tuesday - phase 1 B, 2 eggs, grape tomatoes, t OO L, grilled chicken breast, spinach salad, T OO S, celery w laughing cow lite cheese D, lean hamburger patty, slice 2% cheese, 3 veggie finger salad No eating after 7:30. Last edited by justmarvi : 09-06-2005 at 07:43 PM. |
