About how many calories a day do you eat and what are your ratios between fat/protein/fiber/carbs?

Here is a few different days that I had in my fitday. It varies from day to day but maybe this will give you idea how mine looks.

Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled in low fat cream cheese and sprinkled with 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds

Lunch: 1 cups collard greens and 1 baked chicken breast encrusted with parmesan cheese and italian dressing seasoning packet

Dinner: 1 medium salad topped with 1 chicken breast

Calories: 705
Fat: 27--36%
Carbs: 20--9%
Fiber: 5
Protein: 93--55%


Here is another day
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled with cream cheese and sprinkled with 2 tablespoons ground flax

Snack: 1 serving of roasted almands (around 1 oz.)

Lunch: 1 large boil of cooked cabbage seasoned with garlic salt and pepper

Snack: Low Fat Cheese Stick

Dinner: Bowl of oatmeal with choc. protein powder mixed in.

Food Totals:
Total Calories: 641
Fat: 32---47%
Carbs: 47---23%
Fiber: 11---0%
Protein: 47---30%


And here is one
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scambled in low fat cream cheese and topped with 2 Tablespoons ground flax.

Snack: 1 serving of almonds

Lunch: Sushi

Snack: 1 apple w/natural peanut butter

Dinner: salad with black olives, onions, tomatoes, low fat cheese and a little sour cream and salsa with salmon mixed in.

Calories: 710
Fat: 40--52%
Carbs: 54--25%
Fiber: 10--0%
Protein: 39--22%


And here is one
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 egg white scrambled with low fat cream cheese
Snack: 1 serving almonds
Lunch: egg salad
Dinner: 1 medium chick. breast, 2 cups broccoli & 1 cup black eyed peas
Snack: 1 small apple w/ 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

Total Calories: 890
Fat: 49--52%
Carbs: 70--24%
Fiber: 19
Protein: 50--24%


Last one
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 egg white scrambled with low fat cream cheese & sprinkled with 1 tablespoon ground flax
Snack: 1 serving of almonds
Lunch: Tuna Pouch..(yep, that's it..i was in a hurry this mornign and just grabed it while I was running out the door)
Dinner: 1 medium chicken breast, 1 sweet potato and 2 cups broccoli
Snack: 1 small apple with 1 tablespoon sugar free peanut butter.

Calories: 1150
Fat: 43--35%
Carbs: 66--19%
Fiber: 14
Protein: 125--46%
