I did Firm Total Muscle Shaping with Stephanie as the instructor this morning. I wish I cuold do 45 minute work outs every week day but only when I'm off work can I work out that long. It was a great work out and definitely my favorite!

I didn't exercise today, but yesterday DH and I went to a local state park and did some hiking. I am definitely feeling it in my outer thighs today. My lack of sleep last night and my long day today are my lack of motivation for working out. Back to plan tomorrow and plan to get some walking in!
