Morning Reg and all to follow!
Here's what I ate yesterday: Water 2 qts 20 ounces decaf tea w/ stevia 1 TB natural peanut butter 1 string cheese 1 small square (1/12th) homemade zucchini lasagna Salad (2 cups organic romaine hearts, 1/2 tomato) 1 TB Ranch 3 oz chicken breast repeat of above 1 1/2 squares zucchini lasagna |

Here's my Sunday menu
Today's menu: Phase 2
Breakfast: old fashioned oatmeal with pb and wheat germ Snack: 1/2 cup nf homemade yogurt Lunch: 2 string cheese, turkey pastrami Snack: carrot sticks and slice pepper cheese Dinner: grilled chicken with roasted veggies also on the grill and slaw No more eating after 7:30 PM. |

Monday Menu
Phase 2 B: 2 eggs, 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 slice canadian bacon, 1 cup ff milk S: 1 lf string cheese, 1 sf mini reese's pb cup L: 2 turkey dogs, 1 slice whole grain bread, carbcontrol yogurt cup, 1 lf string cheese, 1 sf jello cup D: taco salad with fajita chicken/steak, sour cream and cheese, salsa Dessert: peanut butter cup Wow...my eating seemed out of control today. I am still working to get those sugars that made me sick out of my body again. I was craving sweets all day! Back to plan tomorrow! |
