Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled in Low Fat Cream Cheese and 2 tablespoons ground flax sprinkled on top
Lunch: 2 cups lettuce, 3 slices of tomato, 2 tablespoons gaucamole, onion, 1 small hamburger patty
Dinner: 1 whole wheat pita pocket with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, low fat pizza cheese and turkey pepperoni.

Calories: 803
Fat: 45--52%%
Carbs: 44--18%
Fiber: 10--0%
Protein: 57--30%

B: 1/2 cup Uncle Sam's cereal, 1/2 cup ff milk
L: 3 oz. cajun turkey breast, 1 slice whole grain bread, 1 lf string cheese
Snack: Peanut butter cup
Dinner: taco salad with ground sirloin, 1/2 cup rf mexican cheese, salsa, and carbwell ranch dressing

L, 2 oz lean ham, large salad, t OO
S, 1 oz lean ham, wedge laughing cow lite, dill pickle spear
D, grilled chicken breast, coleslaw, rye wasa cracker, 1/2 c yogurt

No eating after 7:30
